Leandra Harris has a diverse work history, with a range of roles in human resources and management. Leandra began their career in 1995 as an AM Education and Training Coordinator at Esri Canada, where they worked for a year. From there, they moved on to become an HR Coordinator at Esri Canada for two years. In 1999, they joined Randstad Canada as a Human Resources Specialist and was later promoted to various positions, including Manager of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources and Privacy Officer. In 2004, Leandra became the Vice President of Human Resources at Randstad Canada, and in 2007, they also took on the role of Managing Director at OriginHR. Later, they were promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Randstad Canada, a role they held until 2012. Currently, Leandra is serving as the Managing Director at Blu Ivy Group since 2013. Leandra has been recognized for their achievements and won the Manager of the Year Award in 2002.
