David Tobon

David Tobon is a founder of BLU Real Estate, a boutique luxury brokerage on the Upper West Side. His leadership, business acumen and professionalism helped bring BLU to the forefront of the luxury Manhattan market, where it continues to remain today. He is recognized as one of the city’s top residential brokers in the luxury market with over $500 million in real estate sold. He fosters long term relationships with his clients, as they rely on his guidance, experience and negotiation skills. Over the years his clientele has included public figures and celebrities such as Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and the late Robin Williams. David grew up in NYC and played college baseball in Indiana on a pitching scholarship. He is a co-owner of BLU Café, fully bilingual in Spanish, and lives on the UWS with his wife and daughter.
