James Pascoe

James Pascoe has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. James started their career as a Software Engineer at Emory University, where they conducted research and developed semantically enhanced IP networking primitives. James then worked as a Software Engineer at U4EA Technologies, where they developed embedded software for network routers and applications.

After that, James joined STMicroelectronics (R&D) Ltd. / ST-Ericsson Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they gained experience in large-scale software design and cryptographic techniques while writing device drivers and middleware for security hardware in SoCs. James was later promoted to the role of Senior Microprocessor Architect, where they contributed to the development of ARM CPU subsystems. However, they were made redundant when the Bristol site closed down.

James then joined Intel Corporation as a Senior Graphics Software Engineer. There, they were part of a team that worked on validating the Intel Android Hardware Composer (HWC), optimizing power usage in mobile devices. More recently, they joined Blu Wireless Technology Ltd as the Principal Software Team Leader. In this role, they architected and led the development of the 'Mobile Connection Manager', a key piece of software for Blu Wireless radios.

Throughout their career, James has showcased their expertise in software development, networking, and hardware-software interface.

James Pascoe has a strong educational background in computer science and business. James obtained a BSc(hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Reading in 1999. James further pursued higher education and completed their PhD in IP Networking from the same university in 2002. After a few years, James attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2009 to 2012 and earned an MBA degree, without specifying a field of study.
