Jan Kralj

Jan Kralj has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jan began their career as a professional snowboarder for the International Ski Federation from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they worked as an EA Department Associate at the Student organization of the University of Ljubljana from 2015 to 2017.

In 2018, Jan took on multiple roles simultaneously. Jan worked as a Junior Product Manager at Renault Nissan Adriatic from January to June 2018. During the same year, they also worked as an Associate in the Marketing and Sales department at BIG 3 d.o.o from July to December 2018, where they focused on innovative ways of selling and promotion, including organizing successful business breakfast events.

From 2018 to 2020, Jan worked for the Ski Association of Slovenia, holding the position of Associate in the Snowboarding department from July 2018 to June 2019. Jan then took on the role of Head of Snowboarding department from July 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they managed the national snowboarding teams, handled finances, organized events, and worked on media exposure.

In 2020, Jan joined Blub Blub Inc. as an Assistant Director, serving as the CEO's right-hand man. Jan gained hands-on experience in top-level management processes and navigating a global startup/scaleup environment. Jan's responsibilities gradually increased as they took on new projects. In February 2021, they transitioned into the role of Head of Operations and Finance at Blub Blub Inc., where they are responsible for finance, HR, investments, and continuously improving the company's financials.

Jan Kralj has an extensive education history. Jan obtained their Master's degree in Management from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, where they studied from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the same institution.

Jan also participated in two exchange semesters. In 2017, they studied business studies at Audencia and marketing at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.

Before starting their higher education journey, Jan attended High school Šiška from 2010 to 2014, where they completed their Matura, a high school exit exam, with a focus on general subjects.

In addition to their formal education, Jan has acquired additional certifications. Jan obtained an Entrepreneurial personality profile certification from Mindly Oy in September 2020. In June 2020, they completed an Advanced sports management course offered by the International Olympic Committee – IOC.
