Laurence Nappert has extensive work experience in the software engineering and gaming industry. Laurence most recently worked as the Director of System Software at Bluberi since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Advanced Software Engineer at Light & Wonder, where they played a key role in the development of SG Game Hub and added features such as multi-game/denomination support and lottery integration. Laurence Nappert earned a Master's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières from 2012 to 2015.
