Kavya D started their work experience in December 2020 at Matrix HR Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and sourced candidates through various platforms. In March 2023, they joined Blubirch as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they continued to handle end-to-end recruitment duties and assess talent according to the company's needs.

Kavya D began their education at Stella Mary's School, where they attended from 2004 to 2015. KAVYA then moved on to Sri Kumaran's Children's Home - Pre composite college, where they studied from 2015 to 2017 and obtained an Intermediate degree with a focus on PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biology).

After completing their pre-composite college, Kavya D enrolled at NMKRV College for Women, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree. KAVYA attended NMKRV College from 2017 to 2020.
