Adesimbo Adeyelure

Adesimbo is the People Services Team Lead at Blue Advisory.

Adesimbo has a sound understanding of how human resource activities support an organisation’s strategy and assists the achievement of business objectives. Her experience spans across the UK, Central Africa and currently Nigeria. Working across diverse multinational sectors has helped Adesimbo grow professionally, develop high standard work ethics and practices, and gain talent management skills, which have to a remarkable extent – facilitated her achievements across a broad spectrum of disparate operational platforms.

Adesimbo began her career in Biomedical Science, which she practiced over a 5 year period ending as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist. She then transitioned into Clinical Research working within the world’s leading Clinical Research Organization as a Clinical Research Associate, where she managed and coordinated internal and external teams, and safe guarded the well-being of participants within clinical trials while maintaining the integrity of the trials conducted and the data collected.

Adesimbo leads the People Services Team which delivers HR Strategy, Executive Search & Selection, Performance & Reward Management and Human Resources Development & Training to Blue Advisory’s clientele across multiple industries.

Adesimbo is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development UK, she holds an MSC in Cancer Cell and Molecular Biology from University of Leicester and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from University of Kent.
