Simon Gordon

Simon Gordon serves as the Managing Director of Search Operations and Human Capital Consulting at HealthSearch Group, a position held since October 2022, where contributions include advancing organizational operations, strategy, and marketing. Since March 2025, Simon has also been a Managing Partner at HSG Talent. Previously, Simon worked as an MBA Venture Associate at Bowery Capital, focusing on modernizing businesses through technology. Simon's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Search Operations and Human Capital Consulting at HealthSearch Group from 2011 to 2018, where Simon led teams to enhance business partnerships and talent development. Additionally, Simon held the role of Team Leader in a Paratrooper Battalion with the Israel Defense Forces from 2008 to 2010. Simon earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a BA degree from the University at Albany.
