Santiago Remon

Santiago Remon has over 20 years of diverse work experience. Santiago is currently the VP of HR at Blue Alba since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Venue Manager at CONMEBOL in 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Managing Director for Entretelas Americanas at Chargeurs, where they implemented various strategies to optimize operations and restructured the management team. Santiago also held the position of Argentina Country Manager at Quaker Chemical Corporation in 2015, leading a successful reorganization. Before that, Santiago worked as a Commercial Manager at Austin Powder Company and as a Marketing Manager at WR Grace. Santiago started their career at YPF, where they held various commercial and managerial roles in the asphalt and marine lubricants markets. Throughout their career, Santiago has showcased their expertise in management, marketing, and strategic planning.

Santiago Remon has a diverse education history. In 1989 to 1994, they attended Otto Krause High School, where they pursued Technical Education. Following this, from 1995 to 2003, they studied at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2008, they briefly attended ESMT Berlin and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2011, Santiago pursued Lean & Six Sigma and obtained a Green Belt certification. In 2018, they participated in the FIFA/CIES International Programme in Sports Management and earned a Law and Sport Management degree with a specialization in Sport Business. Additionally, they hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification, obtained from PADI in October 2013.
