Astrid Zimmer

Astrid Zimmer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the media and sports industries. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs at Blue Ant Media since January 2014, Astrid has advanced through various roles including Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Astrid held the position of Associate Counsel at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and served as Counsel at Alliance Atlantis Communications. Early career roles include Director of Business Operations at Discovery Channel and Senior Legal Counsel at NetStar Communications Inc. Astrid began their career as an Associate at Goodmans LLP. Astrid holds an LLB from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. in Anatomy from McGill University.
