Elizabeth Huebner

Elizabeth Huebner has been a director of Blue Apron since January 2020. She has held numerous executive finance positions throughout her 26-year career, including serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Getty Images, Inc. from 2000-2006. Prior to Getty Images, Ms. Huebner was the Chief Financial Officer for Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. where she played a key role in its 1999 initial public offering. From 1996 to 1998, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for Fluke Corporation, a NYSE company. Ms. Huebner began her career at Arthur Andersen where she left as an audit manager and spent seven years with McCaw Cellular (ATTWireless) in a variety of senior financial positions. She currently serves on the REI Co-op board, where she is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. She previously served on the board of directors of Blucora where she chaired the Audit Committee, was a member of the Compensation Committee and a past member and chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She also formerly served on the Procera Networks, Inc. board and is currently on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Corporate Directors Pacific Northwest Chapter. Ms. Huebner holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
