Ann Wolfer

Ann Wolfer is a seasoned engineer and military intelligence professional with extensive experience in system design and software integration for intelligence operations. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Engineer at Blue Arc, LLC, since April 2023, Ann has previously led efforts at Booz Allen Hamilton, where the focus was on connecting Army Warfighters with national intelligence for Multi-Domain Operations. Ann's military experience includes roles as a Military Intelligence Officer in both the Texas and Pennsylvania Army National Guard, overseeing various intelligence operations and serving as a subject matter expert in Military Decision Making and ISR systems. Additional experience encompasses systems engineering at the US Army RDECOM and curriculum development for STEM outreach at CACI International Inc. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education from the University of Delaware.
