Phil Scutchings

Phil Scutchings has extensive work experience in the finance and commercial sector. Phil began their career at Target Life in 1985, where they held various roles for nearly a decade. In 1994, they joined Rothmans as a Commercial Accountant & Cash Manager, leaving in 1997 to become a Planning & Commercial Accountant at McCormick. In 1999, they moved to GE Money (formerly igroup) as a Senior Business Analyst - Sales & Marketing. Phil then transitioned to GE Money in 2003, working as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Commercial Finance Manager until 2007. Phil Scutchings then joined Morgan Stanley as a Commercial Finance Manager for a year before moving to Adecco in 2008 as the Head of Commercial Finance. Phil worked at Adecco until 2012 when they joined Blue Arrow as the Director of Finance and Finance Shared Services. In 2019, they took on the role of Finance Director/Chief Operating Officer at Blue Arrow.
