Nikki Brough

Nikki Brough has worked in Human Resources since 2012. Nikki began their career at Bentley Motors Ltd as an HR Assistant. In 2013, they were employed at Phones 4u as an HR/Recruitment Services. After taking a maternity leave in 2012, they returned to Phones 4u in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, Nikki worked in various roles including HR Assistant at Portmeirion Group Limited, HR & L&D Administrator (temp) at Sodexo, Recruitment Co-ordinator (Temporary) at Adecco, Resourcing (People) Advisor (Temporary) at ISS Technical Services, and Recruitment Consultant (temp) at Xpert Recruitment Solutions Ltd. In 2018, Nikki held the role of Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator (temp) at Leek United Building Society. Currently, they are employed at Blue Bay Travel as a Human Resources Assistant.

Nikki Brough completed a Bachelor of Laws - LLB at Staffordshire University in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Biddulph High Sixth Form College from 2004 to 2006, and Biddulph High School from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from The Open University: "Developing your Skills as an HR Professional" in October 2020, and "Employment relations and Employee Engagement" in October 2020.
