Victor Karpuk has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. In 2009, they began as a PA to Junior Lawyer at Samuel Solomca Junior - Law Office, where they implemented a new line of work, reorganizing the meeting booking process, and preparing cases for the Courts. In 2017, they moved to Costcutter as a Shopping Supervisor, where they were responsible for presenting a professional and friendly first impression of the store, managing incoming phone calls and mail, and organizing orders. Lastly, in 2021, they worked as a Customer Advisor at bet365, where they delivered great customer services to all customers via E-mail, phone, and Live Chat. Currently, they are a Business Intelligence Analyst at Blue Bay Travel, where they manage, accesses and manipulates data in order to create reports and/or dashboards, and uses Business intelligence data and tools to deliver projects.
