Victor Karpuk

Victor Karpuk has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. In 2009, they began as a PA to Junior Lawyer at Samuel Solomca Junior - Law Office, where they implemented a new line of work, reorganizing the meeting booking process, and preparing cases for the Courts. In 2017, they moved to Costcutter as a Shopping Supervisor, where they were responsible for presenting a professional and friendly first impression of the store, managing incoming phone calls and mail, and organizing orders. In 2018, they became Support Supervisor at Egali Intercâmbio, where they were the first contact with students post-boarding, ran student accommodation, and implemented processes. In 2019, they worked as an Instructor at Amazon Fulfillment Centre, where they received and instructed all new hires, and delivered quantity and quality coaching to employees. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Vision Express, where they answered calls and emails from customers, booked and cancelled appointments, and tracked orders. Lastly, in 2021, they worked as a Customer Advisor at bet365, where they delivered great customer services to all customers via E-mail, phone, and Live Chat. Currently, they are a Business Intelligence Analyst at Blue Bay Travel, where they manage, accesses and manipulates data in order to create reports and/or dashboards, and uses Business intelligence data and tools to deliver projects.

Victor Karpuk obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from FIG UNIMESP between 2010 and 2015, specializing in Law.
