Hayley Nystrom

Hayley Nystrom (McCurdy) currently serves as a Senior Associate at Blue Bear Capital, focusing on high-growth technology companies in the energy, infrastructure, and climate sectors. With experience as an Equity Analyst at Terra Alpha Investments, Nystrom managed a diverse portfolio and led the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Previous roles include contributions to Energy Impact Partners, where strategic methods for integrating ESG criteria were developed, and work as an Operations Analyst at Esperanza International, where a solar loan product was created. Nystrom holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies and a Certificate in Energy Management & Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Political Science, and Business from Texas Christian University. In addition, Nystrom is a member of Global Women in VC.
