Kirk Soule

Kirk Soule has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Kirk currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Blue Book Services, LLC. Kirk was previously an Investor & Operations Partner at Fund. At 3M, they held multiple positions including Head of Strategy and Operations at Encore, 3M Connect Sr. Program Manager, and worked in Strategy & Business Development. Kirk also has experience as an International Strategy & Operations Intern at Walmart. Prior to that, Kirk worked as a Sr. Consultant at Radian, where they collaborated with Fortune 250 CPG, retail, and grocery companies. Kirk began their career as a Business Analyst at Target.

Kirk Soule received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Kirk then pursued further education in the field of International Strategy & Marketing, obtaining a second Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Melbourne in 2015. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Kirk attended Wheaton College where they studied Business/Economics. In addition to their formal education, Kirk holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from 3M, a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, and a Scrum Product Owner, also from Scrum Alliance.
