Mi Young Kim

Mi Young Kim has a strong background in human resources, with over 30 years of experience in various roles. Mi Young currently serves as the Head of HR & GA at Blue Bottle Coffee since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Talent Lead (Director of People Dept.) at Hanmi Pharm from September 2018 to February 2022. Mi Young also worked at Energizer Korea as an HR Manager & Int'l Project Lead from August 2012 to July 2018. Before that, Mi Young Kim held multiple roles at GE Korea, including HR Manager for GE Int'l Korea from June 2006 to July 2012, and Asia Sourcing Manager & Asia Quality Program Manager from June 1996 to May 2006. Mi Young began their career as a Purchasing Specialist at LEGO Group from May 1993 to February 1996.

Mi Young Kim holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from Sogang University, with a focus on Applied Economics.
