Edward Riedel (Ned)

Edward (Ned) Riedel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Edward (Ned) started their career in 1997 at the Colorado School of Mines, where they worked as a Research Professor and Project Engineer until 2001. In 2002, they established their own company, Riedel Engineering, where they served as the Owner. In 2006, they joined Redstone Aerospace as a Principal Engineer and remained in that position until 2017. Edward (Ned) then transitioned to Blue Canyon Technologies, starting as a Principal Engineer and later becoming the Director of Mechanical Engineering. From 2019 to 2023, they also served as the Mechanical Engineering Team Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Engineering at Blue Canyon Technologies.

Edward (Ned) Riedel holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1992 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at San Diego State University from 1987 to 1989.
