Thomas Gutierrez is an experienced gaming professional with a career spanning several roles in the casino industry and media. Currently serving as Casino Shift Manager at Blue Chip Casino Hotel Spa since September 2021, Thomas previously held the position of Director of Table Games Operations at both Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana and Majestic Star Casino, where responsibilities included overseeing 49 table games and 14 poker tables with a diverse team of 211 members. Thomas's extensive experience also includes roles as a Table Games Trainer and Pit Manager, demonstrating a strong focus on operational efficiency and exceptional guest service. Prior to a successful career in gaming, Thomas worked in broadcasting as a News Anchor and Reporter at WJOB AM 1230 & FM 104.7 and managed operations at WCRX FM 88.1 Columbia College Radio.
