DaKenya Douglas is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Education Management, Inc. (dba Blue Cliff College). DaKenya has over 20 years of experience in the education field, with a focus on financial aid advising, campus administration, and compliance. DaKenya has been with Education Management since 2009, and in their current role, they oversee the operations of Blue Cliff College's campuses in Louisiana.

Prior to joining Education Management, DaKenya was the Director of Education at Education Affiliates from 2009-2011. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, training, and supervising faculty members, as well as managing the college's accreditation and change of ownership process with the Louisiana Board of Regents. DaKenya was also responsible for improving retention rates and partnering with Career Services to ensure successful student placement.

Before their work in higher education administration, DaKenya worked as a Financial Aid Advisor at Our Lady of the Lake College from 2001-2005. In this role, they advised students on their financial aid options and helped them navigate the financial aid process.
