Christian Tadje

Christian Tadje has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Christian is currently working as the Director of Operations at Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Business Director (JenCare) and Center Director at ChenMed. Christian also worked as a Leadership Fellow at ChenMed for a brief period. In addition, Christian has experience as a Co-Host on The Health Conscious Podcast. Christian gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where they taught subjects related to finance, the US healthcare system, and management consulting essentials. Christian also worked as a Student Consultant at Excellus BCBS and as a Summer Associate (Commercial Healthcare) at Guidehouse. Christian has research experience as a Healthcare Research Assistant at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and served as the President of the Healthcare Management Association. Additionally, Christian worked as an Internship Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, an Operations Specialist at Symbii Home Health and Hospice, and a Patient Experience Intern at Intermountain Healthcare.

Christian Tadje holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Christian also has a Master of Health Administration degree, with a minor in Real Estate, from Cornell University Graduate School. In addition to their formal education, Christian has obtained certifications in Data Analytics from eCornell and as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. Christian received the Data Analytics Certificate in June 2020 and became a CHES in August 2019.
