Elise Keener

Elise Keener is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in patient access and call center management. Currently serving as Call Center Operations Manager at Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers since March 2019, Elise has previously held various roles including Patient Experience Manager and Patient Access Supervisor. Prior experience includes overseeing patient access at OSS Health and WellSpan Health, where responsibilities ranged from supervising staff to ensuring quality customer service.
