Kristen Brown

Kristen Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristen started their career at Kansas State University, where they worked as a Resident Assistant and later as a Math Tutor. After that, they interned at Hallmark Cards as a Retail Communications Intern.

Kristen then joined Hallmark Cards as a Store Inventory Planner, followed by a role as a Retail Senior Planning Allocation Strategist, and eventually as a Benefits Specialist.

In 2015, Kristen transitioned to Farmobile, where they served as the People and Culture Lead, and later as the Director of People Operations.

After leaving Farmobile, they joined Ad Astra as the Director of People & Culture. Most recently, Kristen became the VP of People at Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers.

Overall, Kristen has gained extensive experience in various roles within people operations, culture, and planning allocation in both the healthcare and retail industries.
