Andy Bender

Andy Bender is an advisor at Blue Cloud Ventures and a previous company of Credo ESG Solutions. Andy has also lectured at INSEAD Executive Education and was the president and founder of Polaris Solutions. Andy has been in the IT industry for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience in software development, product management, sales, marketing, and business development. In 2017, they sold their company, Polaris Solutions, to IQVIA. At IQVIA, they were responsible for the Commercial Compliance technology business unit which managed over 1,000 FTEs and 1,200+ contractors across 16 locations on three continents. Andy successfully integrated three additional acquisitions within a year after acquisition and achieved synergy and revenue targets. In addition to selling their own company, Andy has negotiated, bought, and integrated technology and services companies adding to $375 M in deal flow.

Andy Bender's educational career includes a PE and VC from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MSFS from Georgetown University. Andy also has a BBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Andy is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration in Commercial Pilot License, Private Pilot License, Instrument (IFR) Rating, and High Powered Airplane Endorsement.
