CEO & Co-Founder at Blue Clover Devices

Pete Staples began their career in 1996 as a Systems Engineer at Boeing Satellite Systems. Later that year, they became a Consultant China Hewlett Packard at Hewlett Packard Test & Measurement, where they analyzed the market for low-cost measurement equipment for China's burgeoning mobile telecommunications industry. Pete interviewed carriers and infrastructure manufacturers in Beijing, Shanghai, and southern China, and presented their findings to various groups within HP (now Agilent). In 2003, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Blue Clover Devices - THE IoT ODM. Pete also served as President & Co-Founder, overseeing consumer electronics products design, manufacturing, testing, and logistics. Pete was a Premiere ODM in Shenzhen, China.

Pete Staples obtained their BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1994. Pete then went on to pursue their MS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, which they completed in 1996. In 2001, they earned their MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship. In 2002, they completed an MBA Exchange program at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) with a focus in Business.
