JJ Kasper is a partner and founder at Blue Collective. JJ has also worked as a senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, a teaching assistant at the University of Virginia, and a summer associate at Latham & Watkins and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.

JJ's work revolves around helping companies strategize, innovate, invest, and turn things around. In their previous position as a senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, they supported companies all over the world with these very tasks. Before that, they were a teaching assistant at the University of Virginia where they imparted their wisdom onto undergrad students (with a penchant for over-indulgence in red ink).

As a summer associate at both Latham & Watkins and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, JJ researched charitable donors across the US. JJ then took on the role of development associate at the Southern Environmental Law Center where they continued to hone their skills in research and strategy.

In their current role as partner and founder at Blue Collective, JJ is able to draw on all of their past experiences to help companies achieve their goals. JJ is an expert in their field and takes great pride in helping others succeed.

JJ Kasper attended the University of Virginia for both their undergraduate and graduate studies. They earned their BA in Mathematics / English Literature, followed by their MA in English Literature. They then went on to attend the University of Virginia School of Law, earning their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law. Finally, they attended The Johns Hopkins University for their Computer Science certification.
