Arunabha Ghosh has extensive experience in the IT industry, holding various leadership positions in companies such as Blue Copper Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Connectiva Systems. With a background in Physics, Arunabha has played key roles in team building, technical and business leadership, delivery management, and quality control. Notable achievements include conceptualizing and managing large teams, achieving ISO 9001 and CMMi Level 3 certification, and running successful service teams for telecom operators. Currently, Arunabha serves as a member in various councils and work groups within NASSCOM and Confederation of Indian Industry, driving growth and success in the IT sector.
