Claudia Baughman

Claudia Baughman is a seasoned professional in functional consulting and talent management with extensive experience in diverse roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Functional Consultant at Blue Crab Consulting since July 2021, Claudia leads large-scale implementations of the Eightfold.ai software, managing project scope and timelines. Prior to this, Claudia held multiple positions at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from August 2015 to July 2021, culminating in the role of Talent and Culture Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing employee benefits and creating training programs for 600 staff members. Other roles at Fairmont included Operations Manager and Assistant Rooms Operations Manager, focusing on payroll management and recruitment.
