Joyce Foo

Joyce Foo is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an In-Charge Accountant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since August 2020, previously holding the role of Advanced Staff Accountant. Prior to this position, Joyce Foo worked at RSM US LLP, advancing from Assurance Intern to Assurance Associate and then to Senior Assurance Associate from November 2017 to August 2020.
