Katherine Hanks

Katherine Hanks, PMP, MBA, and CSPO, currently serves as Unit Manager for Health and Clinical Engagement - Reporting and Analytics at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, a role held since April 2012, where Katherine oversees programs and projects impacting the physician network. Previous positions at Blue Cross include Senior Project Manager and Wellness Enhancement Analyst, with responsibilities spanning project management, wellness consulting, and HEDIS program management. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Specialist at Children's of Alabama, where Katherine successfully implemented the “Clean Hands Club” initiative. Katherine holds an MBA in Information Technology and Health Care Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from The University of Alabama.
