Arun Gupta

Arun Gupta is a seasoned professional in Medicare product operations and vendor management with extensive experience in healthcare strategy and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Medicare Product Operations at Florida Blue since September 2020, Arun leads initiatives across multiple lines of business, having established the Product Operations department. Prior to this role, Arun held the Director of Vendor Management position at EmblemHealth, focusing on enhancing member experience through strategic initiatives. Arun's earlier experience includes senior roles at Mphasis Wyde, where business consultation and digital transformation strategies were developed, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where management of Medicare operations and benefit implementation was key. Arun holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Saint Peter's University, an MS in Computer and Information Science from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
