Bonnie L. Cruz

Bonnie L. Cruz, MBA, serves as the Director of Commercial Direct Sales Enablement at Florida Blue since January 2022, with a focus on strategic design and implementation of care reward programs. Previous roles at Florida Blue include Senior Manager of Digital Sales and Senior Manager of Direct Sales Planning, where operational readiness and member engagement were prioritized.
