Deedra Harris

Deedra Harris has extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources/HR Business Partner at Florida Blue since 2000, where responsibilities include developing HR strategy and acting as a trusted advisor to executives. Prior roles include Sr. OD Consultant with expertise in organization design and leadership development, and positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida focusing on executive recruitment and organizational development. Deedra began a career in academia as the Graduate School Coordinator for the College of Business at the University of Florida. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business - Management from Jacksonville University and further education at the University of Florida.
