Ike Farmer

Ike Farmer has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies. Ike started their career at Walmart in 2005, where they held multiple roles including Store Manager, Regional Operations Support Director, and Market Manager. During their time at Walmart, Ike successfully turned around an underperforming market, improved scheduling procedures, and launched sales programs that contributed to increased revenues.

In 2015, Ike joined Target as a District Team Leader, where they worked until 2018.

In 2019, Ike joined Florida Blue as the Senior Director of Operations for West and South Florida. Ike later took on the role of Senior Director Florida Blue Centers in 2020 and eventually became the Vice President of Florida Blue Centers and Commercial Direct Sales in 2022.

Throughout their career, Ike has demonstrated leadership abilities, expertise in operations and sales, as well as a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Ike Farmer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management at Northern Illinois University from 2008 to 2011.
