Sarina White

Sarina White, MBA, has been a Network Development Contractor at Florida Blue since December 2008, where responsibilities include negotiating contract terms with providers, implementing corrective actions to improve network performance, and enhancing provider relationships. In addition to this role, Sarina serves as the Vice-Chair and Development Lead for the RAPID Employee Resource Group, focusing on organizational engagement and strategic development of the ERG. Previous experience includes multiple positions at Florida Blue in Provider Connectivity Solutions and project management, an Executive Assistant role at Leadership Jacksonville, and a Membership Coordinator position with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Sarina holds an MBA from Jacksonville University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration and an Associate's degree in the same field from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
