Greg Socha

Greg Socha currently serves as the Executive Director of IT Product Engineering at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, overseeing DevOps, Tech Hub, and Software Engineering practices. With extensive experience in IT product management, Greg has held roles such as Senior Director of IT Product, where responsibilities included managing product development for Fee-for-Value and alternative reimbursement platforms, as well as supervising significant onshore and offshore teams. Previous positions at Blue Cross included Senior Director of the Application Development Center and Senior Manager of Software Development, focusing on software solutions and core claim applications. Greg's career began at UPS, where responsibilities as IT Manager included leading a team for technology solutions across multiple locations. Greg holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.
