Stephanie Creech

Stephanie Creech, BSN, RN, CMSRN, currently serves as a Care Coordinator UM/CM I at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent 16 years at Ascension Seton Northwest, holding various positions including Clinical Nurse Educator, Interim Clinical Manager, Clinical Nursing Supervisor, and Staff Registered Nurse IV, responsible for both bedside care and staff education. Additional experience includes serving as a Staff Registered Nurse at Texas Oncology and Health Sense Home Care & Hospice, providing specialized care in oncology and home health settings. Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing Education at The University of Texas at Arlington.
