Aphton Riley

Aphton Riley, MHSA, PAHM, MHP, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology leadership. Currently serving as IT Application Delivery Manager for Pharmacy and Provider Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since September 2020, Aphton expertly manages cross-functional teams and oversees the development and support of Pharmacy Benefits Management and Provider Management systems. Previous roles include IT Clinical Applications Manager at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where Aphton led a team supporting clinical solutions, and IT Manager, Application Support at LMH Health, where responsibilities included managing integration architects and application analysts.
