Kathy Hallberg Mim

Kathy Hallberg, MIM, is a seasoned business process consultant currently serving as a Senior Business Process Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since December 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Lean Six Sigma Consultant at GEHA Health from May 2019 to December 2022, and a significant tenure at Hallmark Cards from August 1999 to July 2020 in various leadership positions including Senior Project Manager, Mass Process & Technology Leader, Supply Chain Solutions Leader, Demand and Inventory Planning Manager, Lean Strategy & Implementation Manager, and Procurement Operations Manager. Throughout these positions, Kathy demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies, inventory management, process improvement, and procurement operations, consistently achieving measurable efficiency gains, cost reductions, and enhanced retail performance. Kathy holds a Master’s in International Management with a focus on Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Central Missouri.
