Rex Joyce

Rex Joyce is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly within medical director positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, Aetna, Anthem, and Amerigroup. Since January 2021, Rex has served as Medical Director at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, focusing on organizational growth and clinician support. In addition to clinical work as a surgeon with the American College of Surgeons since 1990, Rex has a solid background in medical consultations and training from previous roles, including medical consulting for the Social Security Administration.
