Russell W. Kohl

Russell Kohl, MD, FAAFP, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at TMF Health Quality Institute, overseeing quality improvement initiatives across multiple states and territories. Additionally, Kohl holds leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director for Practice Transformation at Care Beyond the Boulevard, providing essential healthcare services to homeless populations in Kansas City. As State Air Surgeon for the Missouri Air National Guard, Kohl manages medical programs and readiness.
