Terry Riley

Terry Riley currently works as a Client Relationship Executive at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since June 2020. Prior to this role, Riley served as the President at Transformation Consultants, Inc from April 2011 to April 2022. Riley also held a position as a City Council Member, 5th District at the City of Kansas City, MO from April 2000 to December 2011. Additionally, Riley was the Missouri State Co-Chairperson at Obama for America from May 2007 to August 2008 and served as a Missouri State Representative for the State of Missouri from January 1997 to December 2000. Riley was also a member of the Executive Leadership at the National League of Cities from 2003 to 2011, where Terry held the titles of President for NBC-LEO and NBC-LEO Foundation.
