Caroline Feldhausen

Caroline Feldhausen is a seasoned professional in change management and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Change Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since March 2023. In this role, Caroline leads enterprise-wide change management activities and develops methodologies to enhance organizational flexibility. Previously, as the Manager of Transformation Enablement, Caroline focused on capacity analysis and transformation support.
