Colby Berry

Colby Berry has extensive experience in health analytics and reimbursement, currently serving as the Director of Health Analytics at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since March 2016. In this role, Colby leads a team focused on managing value-based program operations and vendor relationships, as well as overseeing analytics and reimbursement systems. Previous positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas include roles as a Health Information Data Scientist and Value Based Reimbursement Specialist, where Colby managed ACO relationships and conducted cost and quality analytics. Prior to working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Colby served as the Communications Director and Americorps Vista Fellow/Development Coordinator at Marian Clinic. Colby holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Public Administration from Washburn University.
