Jackie Crossen

Jackie Crossen is a seasoned professional in digital health and product management with a strong background in health informatics. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Health and Analytics Product at Humana since June 2020, Jackie previously held significant roles at Clover Health, including Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Syapse, pMD, and athenahealth, where responsibilities encompassed managing client integrations, developing global solutions leveraging HL7 and API functionality, and overseeing product management initiatives. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Vermont.
