Aaron J. Patton

Aaron J. Patton has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and consulting industries. Aaron J. began their career as a Principal Consultant at Total Performance Coaching and Consulting in 2001. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at BearingPoint as a Consultant and then as a Senior Consultant. At Deloitte, they held various roles including Senior Manager, Practice Leader, Manager, and Research and Innovation Fellow from 2009 to 2017. During their time at Deloitte, they led multiple client accounts, managed a matrixed team, and implemented new digital communication platforms. Since 2017, Patton has been working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, first as Director, Strategy Consulting Innovation Analytics and New Business Solutions, and currently as Managing Director, Innovation Strategy and Research. In these roles, they have led the development of new products and services, conducted strategic opportunity assessments, and provided strategic direction for the company.

Aaron J. Patton earned a B.S. degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Neuroscience from Davidson College, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Aaron J. later pursued further education at Boston University, where they obtained an Ed.M. degree in Counseling with a Specialization in Performance Enhancement and Sport Psychology.
