Charles Selk

Charles (Gollo-Perez) Selk is an experienced Senior Applications Developer and Data Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield since January 2012, specializing in enterprise Account Management web platforms and key data migration processes using Microsoft technologies. Previously, Charles served as a Graduate Researcher at the Institute for Health Equity and Social Justice Research from 2011 to 2014, contributing to Project LAUNCH in collaboration with several health organizations. Charles also worked as a Database Developer at the Center for Effective Philanthropy from 2010 to 2013 and gained engineering experience as a Systems Engineer with Guam Power Authority from 2002 to 2004, focusing on system development and ERP implementations. Additionally, Charles taught 3D Animation, Programming, Web Design, Graphics Design, and Robotics at Giant Campus during summer sessions from 2000 to 2004. Charles holds an MBA cum laude from Northeastern University and a BS in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
