David Arnold has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits management. David has held various leadership roles in well-known companies.
From 2013 to the present, Arnold has been the VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR operations. David has worked closely with executive management and the Board to develop appropriate reward programs.
Prior to this, Arnold served as the Head of Reward - Business Services at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2008 to 2013. Here, they designed new reward structures and implemented pay delivery mechanisms.
Between 2002 and 2008, Arnold was the SVP - Director of Compensation at Citizens Financial Group. David managed compensation strategies and policies during this time.
From 1996 to 2002, Arnold worked as the VP - Executive Compensation Manager at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company. Here, they managed executive compensation and played a role in integrating acquired or merged businesses.
Arnold began their career at KPMG, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 1989 to 1995.
David Arnold attended St. Andrews University from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics.
