Deb Vona, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical & Business Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, overseeing the operations of high-performance clinical programs and the Health and Medical Management Division. With extensive experience in healthcare management, Deb has held key positions including Senior Director of Business Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Senior Director of Operations at Atrius Health, managing large operational budgets and multiple clinical practices. Additionally, Deb is a Board Member for Pave Your Path, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering economically disadvantaged women.
